The DCN Next Generation Open Interface software allows remote control of selected DCN Next Generation functions via third party equipment and control software. Control data exchange between DCN Next Generation and the remote control device or system is carried out via an RS232 port on the CCU. Access to the CCU for remote control is opened with the Open Interface software via a PC connection to the serial port of the CCU.
