Russ Gentner, BSEE, MBA
President, CEO, Chairman

Mr. Gentner graduated from Skyline High School, Salt Lake City, UT in 1973. He attended the University of Utah and received his Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) in 1977. In 1990, Mr. Gentner earned a masters in business administration (MBA) from the University of Utah, at which time he was the Dean's Scholar. Mr. Gentner was Assistant Chief Engineer for KSL Radio in Salt Lake City from 1976 to 1980. He formed Gentner Communications Corporation (NASDAQ: GTNR) in 1981 and served as Chairman, President and CEO until December 1997. Mr. Gentner co-founded Listen Technologies Corporation in July of 1998. Mr. Gentner has served several terms on the board of governors for the International Communications Industries Association (ICIA); currently serves on the board of the University of Utah Broadcast Council and on the board of Community Wireless of Park City, Utah. He is a former member of the Great Western Thrift board of directors. He enjoys skiing, golfing, scuba diving and traveling.

Keldon Paxman
Vice President of Operations

Mr. Paxman graduated from Utah Technical College in Provo, Utah in 1983 earning an associates degree in Electronic Technology. In 1994, he received a BS in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Mr. Paxman was a Technical Specialist for National Semiconductor from 1983 to 1985 after which he joined Gentner Communication. At Gentner he filled the roles of Director of Manufacturing, Vice President of Engineering, and Chief Operating Officer. He co-founded Listen Technologies Corporation in July of 1998. Mr. Paxman enjoys outdoor recreation, basketball, baseball, wildlife photography and golf.

Cory Schaeffer
Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Ms. Schaeffer graduated from Alberton High School, Alberton, Montana in 1983. She took various courses in marketing and market development from Salt Lake Community College from 1988-1991. As the National Sales Manager for Gentner Communications from 1988 - 1997, Ms. Schaeffer managed the distribution channel for pro audio and teleconferencing markets as well as the internal sales staff. From Gentner, she moved on to manage the 5 rep firms and 400 resellers in the western states distribution region for Bassett Sales Corporation. After spending time as a representative for several product lines in the communications industry, Ms. Schaeffer joined in founding Listen Technologies Corporation in 1998. She enjoys scuba diving, traveling and skiing.
