Lightweight, portable receiver debuts at InfoComm 2019
Listen Technologies, a leading provider of assistive listening systems for 21 years, is debuting its new iDSP radio frequency (RF) receiver, the LR-3200 Basic DSP RF Receiver, at InfoComm 2019. The single channel receiver is smaller and lighter than other portable RF receivers and delivers excellent sound quality at an affordable price.
The LR-3200 RF receiver makes it easy for venues to provide patrons and guests personalized listening experiences. The new receiver leverages the broad range of RF and powerful iDSP (Digital Signal Processing) technology to reach users with clear sound in houses of worship, theaters, classrooms, stadiums, museums and other environments where pure audio is crucial.
In venues offering RF assistive listening technology and the LR-3200 receiver, users are able to check out the portable receiver and with the option to use their own headphones to listen to venue audio. The receiver’s compact, lightweight design makes it is easy for guests to carry or wear and for venues to store when not in use. Lithium-ion batteries provide more than 15 hours of use between charges, helping venues save money over time and avoid the hassle of battery management and disposal.
The LR-3200 is part of the ListenRF iDSP product suite that includes the LR-4200 Intelligent DSP RF Receiver and LR-5200 Advanced Intelligent DSP RF Receiver, with integrated neck loop and universal ear speaker, and it will function with all iDSP chargers, iDSP Software Suite and accessories. The LR-3200 is compatible and can be used with either the LT-803 or LT-800 RF transmitters from Listen Technologies. The new receiver also is ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliant.
“Listen Technologies revolutionized RF sound quality and assistive listening receivers with the introduction of ListenRF iDSP receivers and now we are rounding out the ListenRF iDSP product family with the ListenRF LT-3200 receiver,” said Doug Taylor, Chief Product Officer Listen Technologies. “We’re excited to introduce the new ListenRF LT-3200 at InfoComm and to offer venues another quality receiver option to meet their audio and assistive listening needs and budgets.”
The LT-3200 receiver is expected to begin shipping in Q3 2019.
Visitors to Listen Technologies’ booth (6153) at InfoComm 2019 will be able to experience the new LR-3200 RF receiver and full line of ListenRF assistive listening solutions.
