Breaking Barriers: University of the Arts London Improves Accessibility with Auri™

University of the Arts London has implemented Auri™, our newest product in partnership with Ampetronic, to create more inclusive learning spaces. Seeking a high-quality assistive listening solution, evaluated multiple technologies, including Auracast™, audio over Wi-Fi, infrared, and induction loop. Auri™ emerged as the top choice due to audio clarity, ease of installation, and future-proof design.

The University installed Auri™-TX2N-D transmitters, Auri™-D4 docking stations, and Auri™-RX1 receivers in large classrooms to support students who are deaf or hard of hearing. Utilizing Auracast™ (Bluetooth® LE Audio), Auri™ delivers high-quality, low-latency audio directly to dedicated receivers, earbuds, headphones, hearing aids, and cochlear implants, ensuring an enhanced learning experience. Read Bluetooth® latest blog post, to see how Auracast™ Broadcast Audio Will Shape the Landscape of Hearing Aids and Assistive Listening Devices.

Early feedback highlights Auri™ as an effective and inclusive solution, benefiting students with hearing loss and supporting neurodiverse learners. With its innovative design and adaptability, Auri™ is helping the University of the Arts London maintain its commitment to accessibility and creative education.
