Problem
As David and tour guides lead large groups of high school students, they frequently would have to stop, turn, face the group and shout to be heard. In an effort to amplify his voice, David once wore a speaker around his waist, but it was uncomfortable and ineffective.
Solution
Tour participants wear a ListenTALK receiver on a lanyard around their neck and are able to listen to the guide through an earpiece. “We tested ListenTALK with a group; they loved it and we loved the response we got,” said David.
