Return for Credit Policy
Listen Technologies may authorize a return of new or unused product for credit (limitations defined below, under terms and conditions). Subject to policy guidelines, credit will be issued in the form of refund, or credit memo, of the original purchase price, excluding shipping and handling costs, and any applicable restock fees.
Only authorized Listen Technologies partners are eligible to return product for credit. Customers wishing to return product for credit will be directed to their authorized dealer or distributor where the product was purchased.
Product pending approval for credit must be issued a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping to Listen Technologies.
NOTE: Issuance of an RMA number shall not be considered final approval for credit. Final approval for credit is contingent upon inspection by Listen Technologies and determination that all terms and conditions have been met.
Credit Return Terms & Conditions:
- Product was purchased from Listen; PO may be required for validation.
- Product was purchased within the past 90 days; PO is required for validation.
- Product is in new condition, as determined upon inspection by Listen Technologies.
- Product has not been used or installed. Product may be opened but only for the purpose of inspection or evaluation.
- All originally supplied accessories including documentation, power supply, cables and hardware must be intact and in new and perfect working condition.
- Product and accessories must be in original packaging and properly packaged without damage.
- Products damaged in shipping will be returned to the customer. It is the customers responsibility to file all claims with the transportation company.
- Product, accessories and packaging must be free from any forms of customer identification such as labels, stickers, written marks and/or engraving.
Product pending approval for credit must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping product to Listen Technologies, RMA number is assigned upon filling out a return form (see the bottom of this page for the Submit a Request button). Shipping must be prepaid and is the responsibility of the customer.
- Credit will be issued for approved product, excluding shipping & handling costs and any applicable restock fees. Product that is not accepted will be returned to the customer.
