FAQs

+Does a Listen EVERYWHERE system allow me to be ADA compliant?

Yes! But you will also need to provide Wi-Fi audio receivers as well as neck loops to meet requirements per the ADA. Check out our ADA calculator to ensure you have the proper quantity of each based on your venue size.

+What if I need more than two channels of Listen EVERYWHERE audio?

With a Listen EVERYWHERE system, you can add additional servers, and the mobile app and receivers will find all the channels. There is no limit to the number of channels you can have with Listen EVERYWHERE. The only limitation would be the network.

+What suggested network configurations are needed for the Listen EVERYWHERE server?

+Why are some channels not showing up in the app?

Your server may be set to Stereo channel configuration, which requires 2 merged channels to send left and right audio. Also, channels may have been disabled on your server. You can use the Listen EVERYWHERE Cloud Services to modify your channel configuration and gain access to all available channels. If you have never used cloud services before, you can request login credentials on the Listen EVERYWHERE Support page.
