ListenWIFI Manager Software

For easy management and customization. 

The new ListenWIFI Manager Software for Windows® makes managing and programming the ListenWIFI system easy, all in one convenience place.

The software enables venues to:

  • Manage channel names and settings.
  • Create receiver profiles.
  • Easily track inventory. 
  • Customize the mobile app. 
  • Hide and password-protect audio channels. 
  • Configure beacon triggering. 
  • Generate QR codes that smartphone users can scan to access audio. 

ListenWIFI’s Manager Software lets you take control of your guests’ audio and visual experience. From customizing beacon triggering to protecting your channels with password protection, our Manager Software gives you the power to create a unique experience to your venue.

Important Compatibility Notice

Our software is only compatible with new ListenWIFI servers and not with older Listen Everywhere servers. To ensure you are using the correct configuration tool for your product, please follow these steps:

  1. Identify Your Server: Check the Server ID label located on the bottom of your unit. Do NOT rely on the mobile app name.

Listen Technologies offers a variety of software packages designed to customize and configure Listen Tech products. Currently, this software is only supported by and able to be downloaded and istalled onto a Windows PC; and many current and potential customers do not use or even have access to a Windows PC.

The Audio Guide Master Software is used to manage and upload content into Audio Guide units. Projects are created and stored with their associated messaging, audio content, and cue order.
